Article 487 of this law provides that engaging in prostitution or using prostitution services for remuneration is punishable by a fine of between 90 and 140 euros. The administrative offence provided for in paragraph 1 of this Article, committed repeatedly, is punishable by a fine of between 140 and 300 euros.
